White Chip Island Cookies

I'm going to be honest. I haven't been in the mood to bake anything lately. However, while strolling through the grocery store this weekend, I came across this recipe and decided I needed a little island get away. I loved stirring in all the different island ingredients and could feel the sand beneath my toes (ok, so maybe it was the brown sugar that fell to the floor) but, regardless.
