Norwegian Meatballs

I don't know what makes some meatballs Swedish and others Norwegian, but I do know that of all the senses, smell is the sense that is best at bringing back memories. The smell of these meatballs brought me back to our kitchen on the farm and images of a much younger me standing on a small red stool, patiently waiting for them to cook.

I used the recipe my Mom used. {She even noted how my brothers would beg for these!}
