The Cowboy of the Dakotas

Theodore Roosevelt was known as the "The Cowboy of the Dakotas", when he ran for mayor of NYC, in 1886. He came in 3rd. I love that fact.

When I was walking around my neighborhood this weekend, I stumbled across Theodore Roosevelt's Birthplace Home and found out they have hourly tours. {I love tours!}

I plan to go back next weekend and check it out. It must be "The Cowgirl of the Dakotas" in me.

I hope this finds everyone well. I'm seriously looking forward to the weekend already.
