It's starting to feel like soup season; the craving for something warm and comforting. After the snow this weekend, I need to stock (pun intended) up on some great recipes. Like this one:

Ingredients
3 pounds sweet potatoes
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion
1 celery stalk
1 apple
salt and black pepper
