I'm not a quitter. I've tried
gazpacho on several occasions and hated it every time (
why is this soup...cold?). But, I keep trying. I find it interesting.
Did you know, originally gazpacho was nothing but bread, water, and olive oil, all pounded in a large wooden bowl called a dornillo. It was poor people's food. (Kinda like today's McDonalds)
